Birthdays, Class Parties, Summer Celebrations

·         Contact Snack Bar Manager to schedule your party.

·         Ten (10) day notice required to permit scheduling of pool staff.

·         Only one party may be scheduled at the Mountainbrook Club at any given time.

·         Party Fees noted below apply to:

o        All parties held on both weekdays and weekends, and

o        All member and non-member participants (excluding parents / chaperones).

·         Please make your Party Fee check payable to Mountainbrook Club, Inc.

·         Please pay Snack Bar Manager the amount due at the start of the party

·         Party Sponsors are responsible for club pavilion clean up.

·         Party Sponsors must be members of Mountainbrook Club, Inc.

·         ALL Party sponsors must fill out a pH Pools LIFEGUARD Request Form for ALL parties.

o        This form is available on the club website or from the Snack Bar Manager.

o        There are NO extra lifeguard fees for any party:

§         With 15 or less participants which is held during normal pool operation hours (see the club’s calendar on the website).

o        There ARE extra lifeguard fees (in addition to the Party Fees below) for parties:

$       With more than 15 participants, OR

$       Which is held or extends beyond normal pool operation hours.

  Club Catered Parties

$120.00 for up to 10 participants

Party fee includes:

1 large 12 piece one-topping pizza (additional one-topping pizzas:  $10.00 each)

1 medium 16 piece cake (larger cake available and priced upon advance request)

Soft drink for each child

Serving ware and plain paper products

$8.00 per extra participant

Additional food from snack bar menu is a la carte

Pavilion reserved for 2 hours

          $5.00 per participant

All food from snack bar menu is a la carte

          Pavilion reserved for 2 hours

Note: Park Pavilion (up by the playground) does not operate through Mountainbrook Club.  Please contact Frank Barnes of the Anne Heinig Foundation (704 553-1413).
